Hi, I’m Sarah Lewis! I met my sweet husband Notley while we were both serving in the Marine Corps. We’ve been married 14 years (as of May 2023). We have two children Paulyanna (11 years old in 2023) and Bubbie (Notley III) (8 years old in 2023). I’m a stay at home mom and have been homeschooling the kiddos since they each were old enough to start school. We’ve moved all over the U.S. for my husband’s career, but have finally settled down in Central Florida close to one of our favorite vacation destinations: Disney World!
I’ve been obsessed with all things Disney and Disney Princess since I was a little girl! I never had the chance to go to Disneyland or Disney World as a child, but when my husband’s job moved us to West Palm Beach, FL (just 3 hours from Disney World) I knew this was our time! I took my very first trip to Disney World when my children were 3 and 6 years old. Being able to experience it for the first time through the eyes of my children was the most magical experience ever! I LOVE going back with my children and seeing them light up again and again!
Traveling and vacationing as a family started with Disney World, but it didn't end there! We love cruising, lounging at all-inclusive resorts and traveling all over the world as a family!
Growing up I was not able to travel. I always longed to, my family just didn’t have the funds. So when I entered high school I found creative ways to be able to travel for (almost) free. I did a lot of volunteer work during my summer breaks. Through this I was able to camp for a month and a half in different National Parks and Refuges throughout the U.S. including The Cumberland Gap National Historic Park in Kentucky and The Kenai National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska. During these camping/volunteer trips groups of teens would work around the parks building trails and having an absolute blast! This helped cure my travel bug for the time being and fueled my love of travel even more!
